During the Xbox E3 conference, Microsoft announced the acquisition of Double Fine Productions to Xbox Game Studios. Microsoft has been acquiring studios since last year in an effort to better incentivize exclusivity to their platform. In celebration of the announcement, Double Fine showed off a new trailer for the upcoming Psychonauts 2. Psychonauts 2 is scheduled to release later this year and will be part of Xbox Game Pass.
