At their E3 conference, Microsoft has shown off gameplay of The Division 2, the follow up to Massive Entertainment’s multiplayer co-operative shooter. Set this time in Washington DC, six months after the initial outbreak, Division agents now have to deal with a full on civil war, and possibly have to deal with enemies not just outside, but from within. The Division 2 is set to release March 15th, 2019, and if you’re at all interested, here’s an extended gameplay trailer full of fake gamespeak.

UPDATE: Some more info on The Division 2 has come out at Ubisoft’s E3 conference. Division agents can now pick from 3 new post game specializations including Sharpshooter, Demolitionist and Survivalist, each come with their own unique specialized weapons. The Sharpshooter will get a .50 cal sniper rifle, the Demolitionist a grenade launcher, and the Survivalist getting a crossbow. The Division 2 will also include 8 person co-operative raids for the first time ever. The Division 2‘s first year will be well supported post launch with three DLC different episodes, as well as title updates and world events peppered in between. All DLC episodes will be completely free for players who purchase the game. The Division 2 launches March 15th, 2019, and players interested in trying the game out early can apply for beta registration right now.
