We here at Video Chooch don’t usually write up game announcement news. But today I decided to write about the impending release of Superdimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls. Why, you ask? Because the Sega Hard Girls are the best.

First, I’ll tell you that the actual game will be releasing sometime this fall for Vita. In it, the famous Hyperdimension Neptunia star Neptune gets turned into a motorcycle, and her friend IF has to team up with the Sega Hard Girls to save her and the world. If that sounds really stupid, but in a fun way, that’s exactly in line with the Sega Hard Girls anime, and I for one am thrilled.

As a Sega fan, I watched this anime on a whim, and it really delivered. Hi-Scool SeHa Girls was animated in MikuMiku Dance, so don’t expect great animation, but there are entire episodes where the girls are stuck in Virtua Fighter and there’s a bit where the gnome from Golden Axe shows up in Space Channel 5. If any of that means anything to you, this anime is for you, and I’m hoping that this game is for me. I guess we’ll find out this fall.
