Following the tradition of releasing games to thunderous applause, Sony kicked off their conference with an announcement for a new God of War, titled… God of War. The game is more Skyrim than Olympus, featuring a more northern setting with a lot of woods and battleaxes.
The gameplay features the rough n’ ready grizzled protagonist and his son on a hunt which quickly takes a turn for the monstrous. No release date was announced, but information is likely to surface soon.
