In their report reviewing their annual earnings from last year, and looking forward to this year, Nintendo spilled some interesting details.
The NX, their next console, will be released globally March, 2017. They don’t give much more information about what the NX will be but what they do give is pretty interesting.

Update: Some more details are coming from the many pages and reports. The next Zelda title is, of course, coming to the NX but according to their calendar of releases Zelda is slated for 2017.
That means the remaining Wii U titles for this year, that have been announced, are Tokyo Mirage Sessions, Mario and Sonic at the Olympics, and, Paper Mario: Color Splash. That’s it.
And according to the WSJ the NX won’t make it to E3 at all, and instead Nintendo will focus mainly on Zelda. They also report Nintendo’s CEO claims the NX “won’t simply replace 3DS and WiiU.”
