Ubisoft’s just previewed their ninth main game in the Assassin’s Creed at their E3 conference. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate apparently takes place during London’s industrial revolution. Appropriately, the trailer featured top hats, horse-drawn carriages, trains, British accents, and a steampunk grappling hook.
Unlike other installments of the franchise, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will not feature multiplayer. However, it will feature the franchise’s first playable female protagonist. The game is set for release on consoles October 23rd, 2015. View a shorter cinematic trailer below:
