Update: The game is now available on Club Nintendo again!

After the surprise reveal of Lucas as a DLC character for the latest Smash Bros game, Earthbound fans have a lot of things to be happy about. The game Earthbound being listed as “Sold Out” on the Club Nintendo page, however, is not one of those things. Put up as a downloadable reward three months ago along with a plethora of other games available across Wii U, 3DS, and Wii, the 250 point item is no long currently obtainable on the soon-to-be-retired service. It’s still available for purchase on the Wii U eShop for $10 dollars, which is well worth the price if you haven’t played this beloved classic yet. If you have 250 points to burn before the service fully shuts down on July 1st, looks like you’ll have to settle for “Doc Louis’s Punch-Out!!” instead.
