This time around the crew went back to the late noughties to watch Angel Beats, a tragic comedy series that brought us all sorts of feelings. Elvie’s been watching The Day I Became a God as well, by the same director, and is starting to notice a trend in their works. John is still watching Precure and Pokemon, but the new Dragon Quest Anime has taken a steady slot alongside them with its old school charm. Then we all talk about how twisted the Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle is.
