]]> This time around the crew went back to the late noughties to watch Angel Beats, a tragic comedy series that brought us all sorts of feelings. Elvie’s been watching The Day I Became a God as well, by the same director, and is starting to notice a trend in their works. John is still watching Precure and Pokemon, but the new Dragon Quest Anime has taken a steady slot alongside them with its old school charm. Then we all talk about how twisted the Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle is.

The opening to this episode is My Soul, Your Beats! by Lia, and the ending is Brave Song by Aoi Tada.
