Yeah, it’s definitely a game with a pretty mixed community and it can be kind of difficult to get a reliable group together but I still enjoy it in spite of all its minor to serious issues. I mean, what other sci-fi game lets you build a clown mech?

]]> https://gamesline.net/round-trip-space-station-13/#comment-5160 Mon, 12 Oct 2015 19:46:42 +0000 https://gamesline.net/?p=7196#comment-5160 i have had several really deep SS13 phases, and i could never get anybody else into it, so it’s really neat to see somebody else’s take on it! it’s the sort of game that i could get totally lost in if i found decent people to play it with. unfortunately, i’ve had a lot of really terrible experiences with the existing communities, and trying to get people together for games is generally a mess
but yeah, i’d definitely recommend it to anybody who hasn’t tried it. like you said, the controls are clunky, and you need a wiki to the point that pretty much all servers have a link to one in the game’s actual menu. but it’s something that results in some genuinely unforgettable stories if you give it some time!
