I’m having a hard time thinking of other games this year that featured queerness in any substantial way though. It’s pretty much just Undertale, and I guess you could romance same-sex companions in Fallout 4.

Googling doesn’t bring up a whole lot else. Some minor characters in games like Assassin’s Creed and such. One of the new characters in Mortal Kombat X was implied to be gay but it wasn’t outright stated in-game, and I guess the new Fire Emblem game came out in Japan, but that’s kind of a mess with regards to its queer characters, which you’ve written about a bit before. There’s probably some stuff in the indie space that I’m not aware of, I dunno.
